  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any account information.
  • Location data, contacts, financial records, calendars or any content created in the applications.
  • Device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage analytics.
  • Information from other applications or websites for tracking purposes.

The applications do not contain advertising networks, third-party analytics tools or tracking software, and they do not communicate with any server operated by the developer.

Any other permission requested by an application is explained on screen at the time of the request and is used only for the stated feature.

6. iCloud Synchronization and Backups

Applications that offer synchronization, such as Al-Ghadir and Miqati (settings), Jiha (routes and places) and Hisabi365 (financial records), use Apple’s iCloud service. The data is stored in the user’s private iCloud account, protected by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policy. The developer has no access to it.

Backups created by Contax365 and the emergency local backup in Hisabi365 are stored on the device or in a location chosen by the user. Exported files (for example vCard, CSV, images, PDF documents or reports) are shared only where the user chooses to send them.

7. Purchases

Paid applications and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive or store any payment information, such as card numbers or billing details. Apple provides the developer only with standard sales reports that do not identify individual users.

8. Apple Services and External Links

  • Crash reports: if the user has chosen to share analytics with app developers in the device settings, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports. These are used solely to fix technical problems.
  • Maps and communication: actions such as opening a location in Apple Maps or Google Maps (FaceTo Qibla) or starting a call, message, FaceTime, WhatsApp or email (Contax365) open the corresponding external application, which applies its own privacy policy.
  • App Store: ratings, reviews and purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

9. Data Security

Because information stays on the device or in the user’s iCloud account, it benefits from the security features of Apple platforms, including device encryption, passcodes and iCloud protection. Applications that handle sensitive information offer additional protection, such as the passcode, Face ID and Touch ID lock in Contax365 and Hisabi365. Users are advised to keep their devices updated and protected with a passcode.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

The developer does not retain any user data. Users remain in full control of their information:

  • Data stored on the device can be deleted from within the application or by deleting the application.
  • Data stored in iCloud can be managed in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
  • Exported files and backups can be deleted from the location where they were saved.
  • Support emails can be deleted on request by writing to hzainaddin@gmail.com.

11. Support Communications

When a user contacts the developer by email or WhatsApp, the information provided (such as the name, email address, phone number and message) is used only to respond to the request. It is not shared with third parties, is not used for marketing and can be deleted on request.

12. Children

The applications do not collect personal data from any user, including children. Parents and guardians can use the parental controls available on Apple devices to manage access to applications and purchases.
